District Assembly 2025: Coming Together in Unity

We are excited to announce that the 2025 South Central Church of God District Assembly is approaching, and we invite every congregation, pastor, and member across our district to begin making preparations to attend. This is one of the most important gatherings of the year — a time for worship, fellowship, spiritual renewal, and important business for our regional church family.

What Is the District Assembly?

The District Assembly is the annual gathering of all affiliated Church of God congregations within the South Central region. It brings together pastors, ministers, licensed workers, delegates, and members to:

  • Worship together and receive ministry from the Word of God
  • Conduct official district business and elections
  • Receive reports from ministry departments and committees
  • Connect with fellow believers from across the district
  • Celebrate what God has done in our churches throughout the year

Who Should Attend?

The District Assembly is open to all members of South Central Church of God congregations. Official delegates, licensed ministers, and church officers are especially encouraged — and in many cases required — to be present for business sessions. Youth, women's ministry, and men's ministry members will also find special programming tailored to them throughout the event.

How to Prepare

  1. Confirm your congregation's delegate registration with your local pastor.
  2. Arrange travel and lodging early — details will be communicated through your local church leadership.
  3. Submit any reports or motions to the district office by the stated deadline.
  4. Pray for God's guidance over the sessions, the leadership, and every attendee.

Stay Informed

Full details — including dates, location, schedule, and registration information — will be published in upcoming issues of El Evangelio and on this website. Pastors and church secretaries will receive official correspondence from the district office. We encourage all churches to share this announcement with their congregations and to mark their calendars.

We look forward to seeing the full South Central family gather together. May God be glorified in all that we do.
